Need something fixed? You’re in the right place. This form is the fastest and most efficient way to report any non-urgent maintenance for your home.

Keeping your home safe and well-maintained is our priority. Please give us as much detail as possible, as this helps us send the right tradie, with the right tools, on the first visit.

What is an emergency?

• Burst water pipes or serious flooding
• Dangerous electrical faults, sparking, or power loss
• Gas leaks
• Serious roof leaks
• A blocked toilet (if it’s the only one at the property)
• A fire (Please call 111 first)

For All Non-Urgent Requests

Before you submit your request, please check the following:

• Tenant Responsibilities: For small fixes like changing a standard lightbulb, replacing smoke alarm batteries, or clearing a simple sink blockage with a plunger, please try to resolve this yourself first. You can find more info on our [Tenant FAQs page].
• Be Detailed: The more information you give us, the faster we can fix the problem. “My tap is leaking” is good. “The hot tap in the main bathroom is constantly dripping” is great.
• Photos are Essential: A photo or short video is the best way to show us the problem. Please attach one if you can, as it helps us diagnose the issue instantly.
